- Made to order: Most of our products are crafted after your order is placed. Standard production time is approximately 10-14 days . Dispatch begins once the order is complete and the final payment has been cleared.
- Colour variance: Colours may appear slightly different due to screen settings, lighting conditions and photography. As finishes and stains are often applied by hand, minor variation between batches is normal.
- Measurement tolerance: Our products are handcrafted, so listed dimensions may vary by approximately ±0.5 inch. Please consider this tolerance when measuring and planning your space.
- Natural material variation: Variations in wood grain, knots, cane texture, marble patterns and other natural materials are unique characteristics, not defects. No two handcrafted products will look exactly identical.
- Assembly: Some products may be delivered fully assembled, while others may require minor assembly. Any required fittings, tools or instructions will be provided. Assembly availability may vary depending on the product and delivery location.
- Delivery charges: Delivery charges depend on the product size, quantity and destination. Any applicable delivery cost will be confirmed with you before dispatch. Free delivery may be available in selected areas or during promotional offers.

Description
The Soft Whisper 4-in-1 Convertible Crib combines a clean, low-profile silhouette with a design made to adapt as your child grows. Crafted from a combination of solid and engineered wood, it offers a sturdy structure with simple slatted detailing that works beautifully across modern and classic nursery interiors.
The crib features four adjustable mattress-height positions, allowing the sleeping surface to be lowered as your baby becomes more mobile. Its thoughtfully proportioned low-profile design also makes reaching into the crib more comfortable for parents.
Four Stages, One Crib
Designed for use beyond the newborn stage, the Soft Whisper transitions through four configurations:
Crib → Toddler Bed → Daybed → Full-Size Bed
And importantly, the toddler guard rail is included with the crib at no additional cost, so you already have the key component needed when your child is ready to move from the enclosed crib configuration to the toddler-bed stage.
For the eventual full-size bed configuration, we should state separately whether additional full-size conversion rails/supports are required. The toddler guard rail by itself normally isn't what creates the full-size-bed configuration, so I don't want the page to accidentally imply that absolutely every component for all four stages comes inside the box unless that is genuinely what ROCO will provide.
Adjustable Mattress Height
The mattress-support platform offers four height positions, giving parents easier access during the early months and allowing the mattress to be lowered as the child begins to sit, pull up and stand.
Crib Only or With Mattress
Choose between Crib Only and Crib + Mattress. The mattress option includes a mattress prepared according to the crib's sleeping dimensions for a close, appropriate fit.
Available in Soft Blue, Soft Grey and Walnut Finish, the Soft Whisper can complement everything from a minimal contemporary nursery to a warmer, more traditional interior.
Each crib is prepared to order and checked before dispatch, with a final dispatch video shared for customer approval.
Care
- Wipe the frame with a soft, slightly damp cloth and dry immediately.
- Avoid bleach, harsh chemicals, abrasive cleaners and excessive water.
- Keep away from prolonged direct sunlight, excessive heat and moisture to protect the finish.
- Clean spills promptly and do not allow moisture to collect around joints or fittings.
- Check and tighten screws, brackets and fittings regularly to maintain stability.
- Recheck all hardware after moving, assembling or converting the crib.
- Use only a firm, properly fitted mattress appropriate for the crib.
- Do not drill, cut or modify the frame or use incompatible conversion hardware.
Warranty
The Soft Whisper 4-in-1 Convertible Crib is covered by ROCO’s 5-Year Confidence Warranty against manufacturing defects affecting the structural frame, joints and ROCO-supplied functional hardware under normal residential use.
If purchased with a ROCO-supplied mattress, the foam is also covered under the applicable 5-year foam warranty.
Warranty claims are handled on a repair-first basis. Normal wear, natural material variations, accidental damage, moisture or heat damage, misuse, incorrect assembly, modifications and damage caused by unsupported third-party parts are not covered.
