Curbside or Doorstep Delivery

At Roco, we offer two delivery options tailored to your needs:

  • Doorstep Delivery (To Be Decided):  We will calculate the delivery cost based on your address and let you know via WhatsApp after you place your order.
  • Bilti Express (Train Cargo) – 1-2 Business Days
    • A faster and cost-effective option, where your order is sent via train cargo.
    • The customer must collect the package from the designated train station.
    • Our delivery agent will provide shipment details before dispatch for pickup coordination.

Nationwide Shipping

We deliver across Pakistan, covering major cities and towns. If your area falls outside our standard delivery zones, we will work with you to arrange the best possible delivery or pickup option.

To ensure timely and successful delivery, please provide:

Roco Interiors is not responsible for delays or misplacements caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.

Delivery Timelines

  • Standard Orders: Delivered within 10-15 days or mentioned on the product page.
  • Custom Orders: Lead time varies based on design and manufacturing.

Delays may occur due to weather, logistics, or government regulations. We will notify you if any unexpected changes arise.

Handling Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, follow these steps:

  1. Check for damage before accepting the delivery.
  2. Take photos of the issue.
  3. Report to customer service within 24 hours for assistance.

We will arrange repairs or replacements where applicable.

Product Fit Responsibility

Ensure your furniture fits through doors, staircases, and elevators before placing an order. We do not accept returns for items that cannot fit into your space.

Shipping Costs

  • Costs are calculated based on volumetric weight.
  • Final charges will be displayed at checkout.

No Return or Exchange Policy

We do not accept returns or exchanges after delivery. However, we will assist with repairs or replacements for defective items.
