At Roco, we take pride in delivering your made-to-order furniture with the same care and attention that goes into crafting it. Since all our pieces are made fresh for you, shipping is the final but critical step in your Roco experience. This page outlines how our shipping process works, what options are available, estimated timelines, and how we handle special delivery needs across Pakistan.
1. Made-to-Order Dispatch Timelines
All Roco furniture is made-to-order, not stocked in warehouses. This allows for custom dimensions, fabric choices, polish options, and higher quality control.
Average production time:
- Standard items: 4–6 weeks
- Custom builds: 6–8 weeks
Production may be faster in off-peak seasons, or longer during Eid, wedding season, and national holidays.
2. Shipping Methods
Door-to-Door (Recommended)
- We deliver directly to your home via our logistics partners.
- Includes unloading and basic placement.
- Available in most major cities and many towns.
Express Bilty / Cargo Station Pickup
- Lower-cost alternative for customers in remote areas or with preferred local transporters.
- We ship to your nearest cargo station, and you arrange local pickup.
- Payment is made directly to the carrier (or prepaid, depending on the arrangement).
Customers can select either option at checkout. Our team will contact you within 24 hours to confirm shipping fees based on location, product size, and accessibility.
3. Delivery Timelines (Transit Only)
After production is complete and quality control is cleared:

Lahore | 3–5 business days |
Islamabad/Rawalpindi | 5–7 business days |
Karachi | 6–8 business days |
Remote / Northern Areas | 7–12 business days |
Weather conditions, carrier delays, and holidays may affect these timelines.
4. Shipping Charges
We use a quotation-based shipping model:
- At checkout, customers choose their preferred delivery method.
- Our team reviews the order and shares a final freight quote via WhatsApp within 24 hours.
- Charges are based on:
- Product size and weight
- Destination city / town
- Delivery floor access and special handling
Once the delivery quote is approved and payment received, the dispatch is scheduled.
5. Damage During Transit
- All products are insured during transit.
- Customers must inspect items at delivery.
- If damage is found:
- Mark it on the delivery slip or note it with the cargo representative.
- Take clear photos immediately.
- Report the issue to Roco within 24 hours of delivery.
We will review and arrange a free repair, part replacement, or exchange depending on the damage.
6. Special Access & Conditions
- For apartments above ground floor without lift access, additional handling fees may apply.
- Ensure accurate doorway/staircase measurements; Roco is not responsible for returns due to access issues.
- Delivery teams are not equipped for wall-mounting, electrical adjustments, or remodeling.
7. Customer Communication
Once shipping is initiated, you’ll receive:
- WhatsApp confirmation with dispatch photos
- Tracking number (if cargo station selected)
- Estimated delivery window
- Final confirmation upon successful delivery
