Reporting an Order or Product Issue

Different reporting periods apply according to the type of concern:

  • Within 48 hours: visible delivery damage, incorrect products, missing components or visible issues present at delivery
  • Within 7 days: installation, assembly, levelling, alignment or missing-fitting concerns
  • During the applicable warranty period: hidden or developing manufacturing and material defects

A concern reported after 48 hours is not automatically rejected where it relates to a hidden defect covered by the ROCO Confidence Warranty.

How ROCO Resolves Concerns

Once we receive the required order details and evidence, our team will assess the issue and recommend an appropriate resolution.

Depending on the circumstances, this may include:

  • Guidance or adjustment
  • Technician assessment
  • Repair
  • Replacement of an affected component
  • Correction of an incorrect order
  • Product replacement
  • Cancellation or refund review where eligible

Submitting a request does not automatically confirm eligibility for a repair, replacement or refund. Each request is assessed according to the order details, product condition and applicable ROCO policies.
