The Langmere English Armchair is protected by the ROCO Confidence Warranty, with its internal wooden frame and structural joinery covered for 24 months. Cushion foam, springs, webbing, fixed seat supports, legs and upholstery workmanship are covered for 12 months, while verified defects in ROCO-supplied fabric and applied wooden finishes are covered for six months.

If an eligible manufacturing, material or workmanship issue arises, ROCO follows a repair-first approach focused on the affected component. Normal wear, gradual foam softening, fading, stains, moisture damage and misuse are not considered manufacturing defects.
