Rooms we have made quietly,
for people we have come to know.
Projects from across Pakistan. Some residential. One hotel. One in Munich. Each one built with the same workshop, the same care, the same insistence on getting it right.
Our approach
We don’t take on more than we can finish well. Most years that’s six or seven projects. We say no often. We say yes when the brief makes sense, the people are decent, and the work asks us to think.

The Defence Villa
Modern coastal
When the family briefed us, the priority was clear: a house that lived well year-round in Karachi’s humidity. We worked through three drafts of the living room before settling on the configuration you see — a deep Aristo sofa in canvas, a custom 14-seat dining table in seasoned oak, and a Chesterfield in our coastal-treated leather for the formal sitting.
Sixteen months from brief to handover. The Chesterfield is the third piece in this house we’ve now re-upholstered for free under the warranty — coastal humidity is unforgiving, and we honor that promise.

Gulberg Studio
Warm minimal
A 1,400 square foot apartment owned by a young couple, both architects. The brief was tight: every piece had to be modular, dual-purpose, or removable.
We custom-shrank the Voss Lounge Chair by 14cm to fit the alcove, designed a fold-down extension for the dining table that doubles as a workspace surface, and built a nightstand that converts to a cocktail cart. Modern, restrained, dense with detail. Four months from brief to install.

Hilltop Residence
Mountain retreat
An eight-thousand square foot retreat for a family that splits time between Lahore and Murree. The challenge was thermal — the formal sitting room runs 30 degrees colder in winter than the rest of the house, and the family wanted to actually use it for fireside dinners.
We specified Moss Velvet on a custom Chesterfield, paired with a Sheesham coffee table heavy enough to stay put, and a side cabinet built to house a single-malt collection. The room has photographed beautifully in every season.

How we work
Four steps from the first message to your living room.
Most furniture projects fail because nobody owns the process from start to finish. Ours doesn’t. One named designer — usually Saad — handles every conversation from the first WhatsApp to the final walk-through.
First conversation
You message us. Our Team replies the same day. We talk about what you’re trying to make not what we’re trying to sell. Most calls run 30 minutes.
Brief & site visit
For larger projects, we visit the space. Measure, photograph, listen. We come back with a written brief what we heard, what we propose, what it costs.
Design & make
Once you sign off, we begin in our Multan workshop. You see weekly progress photos. We send dispatch videos before anything leaves the workshop floor.
Install & live with
Our team delivers and installs white-glove, with you in the room. After install we follow up at 30 days, 6 months, and a year. Most pieces we make outlast that schedule.
Your point of contact
Saad will reply to your message. Usually within three hours.
What the studio does
Four kinds of work. One workshop.
We’re a small studio with a small workshop. We don’t subcontract, we don’t white-label, we don’t take on more than we can finish well. These are the four ways we work with clients.
Custom furniture
Bespoke pieces from our Multan workshop — sofas, dining tables, beds, cabinetry. Every piece signed by the maker.
Interior design
Full-room and full-house projects. Concept, fabric and finish boards, sourcing, install, and a year of post-install care.
Plan your space
In-person space planning at your home or office. We measure, draw, and propose a layout. Useful before you commit to anything.
Project management
Hotel, restaurant, and commercial fit-outs. One project lead from brief to handover. Six-week production cycles per floor.

Send us a sentence about what you’re building. We’ll reply within one business day with next steps — or honestly say if we’re not the right studio for it.
