Frame & Support: Eligible structural components, internal support elements, joinery, and frame-related workmanship may receive coverage of up to 24 months, subject to the terms confirmed with your order.
Upholstery & Fittings: Eligible upholstery workmanship, bedside-table fittings, hardware, and related functional components may be covered for up to 12 months.
Fabric & Finish: Eligible manufacturing-related defects affecting ROCO-supplied upholstery fabric, applied finishes, or coated metal components may be covered for up to 6 months.
Support Process: If an issue develops, share your order details along with clear photos or a short video. ROCO will assess the affected area and, where applicable, arrange an adjustment, repair, or replacement of the relevant component.

Normal wear, gradual softening of padded areas, fading, stains, moisture damage, misuse, accidental damage, and unauthorized repairs or modifications are not considered manufacturing defects. Final coverage follows the warranty terms confirmed with your order.
