- Made to order: Most of our products are crafted after your order is placed. Standard production time is approximately 7-10 Days . Dispatch begins once the order is complete and the final payment has been cleared.
- Colour variance: Colours may appear slightly different due to screen settings, lighting conditions and photography. As finishes and stains are often applied by hand, minor variation between batches is normal.
- Measurement tolerance: Our products are handcrafted, so listed dimensions may vary by approximately ±0.5 inch. Please consider this tolerance when measuring and planning your space.
- Natural material variation: Variations in wood grain, knots, cane texture, marble patterns and other natural materials are unique characteristics, not defects. No two handcrafted products will look exactly identical.
- Assembly: Some products may be delivered fully assembled, while others may require minor assembly. Any required fittings, tools or instructions will be provided. Assembly availability may vary depending on the product and delivery location.
- Delivery charges: Delivery charges depend on the product size, quantity and destination. Any applicable delivery cost will be confirmed with you before dispatch. Free delivery may be available in selected areas or during promotional offers.

- Dust the cane weave and wood frame regularly with a soft, dry brush or cloth
- Wipe spills on the cushions immediately with a clean, dry cloth; spot-clean with a fabric-safe cleaner if needed
- Keep the sofa out of direct, prolonged sunlight and away from standing moisture cane can dry out, crack, or splinter with heavy sun and humidity exposure over time
- Avoid placing heavy or sharp objects directly on the woven cane panels
Customization
The Elaila Cane Sofa can be customized in selected frame finishes, upholstery fabrics and colours, subject to material availability. Size changes may also be reviewed by our workshop. Any change in price or lead time will be confirmed before production begins.
Warranty
The Elaila Cane Sofa is covered under ROCO’s Confidence Warranty: in Year 1, any defect in material or workmanship frame, cane weave, foam, stitching, or hardware is repaired or replaced at zero cost, including collection and re-delivery. From Years 2 through 5, the internal ash wood frame and seat and backrest foam remain covered against structural defects, while fabric, cane weave, and hardware move to normal wear-and-tear coverage.
