- Made to order: Most of our products are crafted after your order is placed. Standard production time is approximately 3–4 weeks . Dispatch begins once the order is complete and the final payment has been cleared.
- Colour variance: Colours may appear slightly different due to screen settings, lighting conditions and photography. As finishes and stains are often applied by hand, minor variation between batches is normal.
- Measurement tolerance: Our products are handcrafted, so listed dimensions may vary by approximately ±0.5 inch. Please consider this tolerance when measuring and planning your space.
- Natural material variation: Variations in wood grain, knots, cane texture, marble patterns and other natural materials are unique characteristics, not defects. No two handcrafted products will look exactly identical.
- Assembly: Some products may be delivered fully assembled, while others may require minor assembly. Any required fittings, tools or instructions will be provided. Assembly availability may vary depending on the product and delivery location.
- Delivery charges: Delivery charges depend on the product size, quantity and destination. Any applicable delivery cost will be confirmed with you before dispatch. Free delivery may be available in selected areas or during promotional offers.

- Wipe regularly with a soft, slightly damp cloth and dry the surface afterwards.
- Clean spills immediately and avoid allowing water or moisture to remain on MDF surfaces or edges.
- Do not use bleach, abrasive cleaners, solvents or harsh chemicals.
- Use coasters or protective mats beneath hot drinks, equipment or objects that may mark the surface.
- Avoid dragging monitors, accessories or other heavy items directly across the tabletop.
- Keep the desk away from prolonged direct sunlight, excessive heat and high moisture.
- Do not overload individual drawers, and open one loaded drawer at a time where possible.
- Periodically check and tighten tabletop, cabinet and drawer hardware to maintain stability.
