Curb or Front Door Delivery Only

At Roco, we offer curbside delivery for all our products. Our standard delivery service includes the delivery of your furniture to the curb or front door of your home or office. Please note that our delivery team is not responsible for unpacking, assembling, or placing your furniture inside your premises, nor for disposing of the packing materials. If you require additional assistance with furniture placement or assembly, please inform us when placing your order. We can arrange for extra labor services at an additional cost.

Nationwide Shipping

We proudly offer shipping services throughout Pakistan. Our logistics partners are committed to delivering your products safely and efficiently. However, some areas may be outside our standard delivery zones. In these cases, we will collaborate with you to find an alternative delivery solution or arrange a pickup from the nearest accessible location.

Accurate Delivery Information

To ensure timely and accurate delivery of your order, it is crucial that you provide the correct delivery address and contact information during the checkout process. Roco shall not be held liable for any delays, misplacements, or incorrect deliveries resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the customer.

Each piece of furniture undergoes a thorough inspection before shipping, staging, and release. Before placing an order, please ensure that the furniture will fit through doors, staircases, and elevators in its original packaging. Product dimensions are provided on our website for your reference. Roco Interiors cannot be held responsible for items that do not fit through your entryways or in your designated spaces. We are unable to accept returns or issue refunds in such cases.

Weight-Based Shipping Rates

Many of our items are subject to weight-based shipping rates. We utilize a volumetric weight calculation system, where the shipping cost is based on the package’s dimensions rather than its actual weight. To ensure accuracy and comply with our shipping partners’ policies, all weights are rounded up to the next full kilogram.

No Return or Exchange Policy

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once the furniture has been delivered. However, if you receive a defective item, our Customer Service team will be happy to assist you with repairs or exchanges as necessary.
