  1. ROCO Protection: The Maroven Grid Bed Set is covered against eligible manufacturing, material, and workmanship defects under the ROCO Confidence Warranty.
  2. Frame & Joinery: Structural coverage follows the confirmed construction of your order. Where solid wood forms the principal load-bearing structure, eligible frame components, fixed joints, rails, and supports may receive coverage of up to 24 months. Engineered or mixed structural assemblies follow their applicable coverage terms.
  3. Grid Panels & Legs: Eligible manufacturing or workmanship issues affecting the wooden grid sections, fixed tapered legs, or their structural attachment are assessed under the applicable structural coverage.
  4. Side Table Hardware: Eligible drawer slides, handles, fittings, and standard hardware may be covered for up to 12 months.
  5. Wood Finish: Eligible manufacturing-related defects affecting ROCO-applied stain, polish, lacquer, or surface finish may be covered for up to 6 months.
  6. Support Process: Share your order details with clear photos or a short video if an issue develops. ROCO will assess the affected component and arrange adjustment, repair, or replacement where applicable.

Normal wear, scratches, moisture damage, fading, misuse, accidental damage, and unauthorized repairs or modifications are not considered manufacturing defects.
