Delivery Services
Roco Interiors offers two types of delivery services for your convenience:
- Doorstep Delivery:
- Your order will be delivered directly to your provided address.
- This is a standard delivery service and may take slightly longer than other options.
- Bilti Delivery:
- This is a more economical option compared to Doorstep Delivery.
- Products are shipped via train cargo services and arrive sooner than Doorstep Delivery.
- Customers are required to pick up their furniture from the train station or designated goods adda as communicated by Roco Interiors delivery agents via WhatsApp or call before the dispatch.
- While we ensure high-quality, durable packaging to minimize the risk of damage during transit, Bilti Delivery does carry a higher chance of minor wear and tear compared to Doorstep Delivery.
By choosing Bilti Delivery, you acknowledge the potential risks involved and agree to accept responsibility for picking up the item from the specified location.
General Conditions
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. Your content (not including credit card information) may be transferred unencrypted and may involve transmissions over various networks.
Intellectual Property
All content included on this site, such as text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Roco Interiors and protected by international copyright laws.
Accuracy, Completeness, and Timeliness of Information
