At Roco Interiors, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our furniture. We understand, however, that sometimes a product may not be what you expected. To ensure your utmost satisfaction, we provide detailed product descriptions and images. Please note that we do not offer returns or exchanges once a purchase has been made.

Defective or Incorrect Items

In the unlikely event that your product arrives with a manufacturing defect or if the wrong item is delivered, we will work with you to resolve the issue. We offer the following resolutions based on the severity of the problem:

  • Manufacturing Defects: If the defect is minor and repairable, we will send a technician to fix the issue at no additional cost to you.
  • Incorrect or Unrepairable Items: If the defect is beyond repair or you received an incorrect item, we will arrange for a replacement or, in rare cases, offer a refund.

How to Report Defects or Incorrect Items:

To report an issue, follow these steps:

Contact Us Within 48 Hours:

Any defect or issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Reports made after this period may not be eligible for a replacement or repair.

Provide Detailed Information:

Please include the following in your report:

  • A detailed description of the defect or issue.
  • Clear photos highlighting the defect or incorrect item.
  • Your order number and contact details for follow-up.

Once we’ve received your report, our team will assess the issue and inform you of the next steps. We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction and will do our best to resolve any defects or incorrect orders in a timely manner.

Non-returnable Items

All sales are final on the following items:

  • Customized or personalized items
  • Sale items
  • Items marked as final sale
  • Products that have been assembled or used

Customized Orders

Customized or made-to-order furniture pieces are created to meet your specific needs and are non-returnable and non-refundable. Please review your order carefully before submitting it, as these purchases are final once production has commenced.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement without any charge. After this period, cancellations are not accepted as the order may already be in production or shipping process.

Exceptions

The only exceptions to the no-return policy are:

  • In cases where the product delivered is incorrect (not what was ordered).
  • In cases where the product comes with manufacturing defects.

We will replace or repair the defective or incorrect item at no additional cost to the customer.

Exchanges

Given our no-return policy, we do not offer exchanges. Please ensure the product matches your requirements before making a purchase.

Shipping and Handling Charges

All shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. In the event of a return due to our error, we will cover the return shipping costs.
