If your product arrives with any damage, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery to report the issue. Once you’ve reported the damage, here’s what you can expect:

Minor Damage: If the damage is minor and repairable, we will send a technician to your location to repair the product at no additional cost.

Major Damage: If the damage is beyond repair, we will arrange to collect the damaged item and provide you with a replacement or a newly crafted product.
