What’s Covered Under Our 6-Month Warranty?

We stand behind the durability and craftsmanship of our furniture. Our warranty covers:

1. Structural Integrity

✔ Frame defects in sofas, chairs, tables, and beds.
✔ Cracks or breakage in wooden structures due to faulty materials or workmanship.

2. Upholstery & Fabric

✔ Loose stitching or seam issues within 6 months.
Excessive sagging in cushions beyond normal use.

3. Foam & Cushioning

✔ Unexpected loss of shape or density in foam.

4. Wood & Finish

✔ Peeling or chipping of polish or high-gloss laminate due to poor adhesion.
✔ Warping or splitting caused by manufacturing defects.

What’s Not Covered?

Our warranty does not cover damage caused by:
Improper handling, moving, or excessive weight.
Stains, spills, burns, or pet damage.
Fabric fading due to prolonged sunlight exposure.
Scratches, dents, or marks from regular use.
Water damage, excessive moisture exposure, or direct sunlight effects.
Rusting or tarnishing of metal parts due to improper care.
Custom modifications made by the customer after delivery.
Natural variations in wood grain, knots, or minor color differences.
Commercial use beyond intended residential settings.

How to Claim Your Warranty

If you experience a covered issue, follow these simple steps:
