Welcome to Roco’s Warranty Policy page. We design and build every piece with the belief that furniture should outlast trends, house moves, and Pakistan’s punishing summers. This document explains exactly what is and isn’t covered under our industry‑leading 5‑Year Confidence Warranty, how to file a claim, and what to expect from our after‑sales team.

Extended Protection Plan – Add two extra years to Functional & Surface cover (for a total of 4 & 3 years) at just 7 % of the product list price. You can opt‑in at checkout or within 30 days of delivery.

Why tiered coverage?

Different components age at different rates. Structural failures after year three are exceptionally rare when high‑grade Sheesham and Oak veneer are used. Surface materials, however, face direct sunlight, spills, and daily touch—so we offer a realistic timeframe and optional upgrade rather than an empty marketing promise.

2. What’s Excluded

  • Normal wear and tear – minor scratches, fabric pilling, foam softening within 10 % of original density.
  • Environmental damage – warping from damp rooms, fading from direct noon sun, termite infestation where preventive sprays were skipped.
  • Improper handling – dragging heavy wardrobes across tile, using chemical paint strippers, self‑applied varnish or polish.
  • Commercial use – unless explicitly stated on your invoice, coverage applies to residential settings only.
  • Third‑party repairs or modifications – any unapproved alteration voids the warranty for the affected part.

3. How to File a Claim

  1. Document the issue – Take clear photos or a short video highlighting the fault, plus an image of the Roco QC sticker under the seat or inside a drawer.
  2. Reach out – WhatsApp +92‑317‑6965610 or email info@roco.pk with your order number, photos, and a brief description.
  3. QC review – Our Quality Control team responds within three business days with a provisional decision or request for more info.
  4. On‑site service – For approved structural or functional claims, a certified technician visits your home. Surface issues may be repaired in‑shop; we arrange pickup and re‑delivery at no cost.
  5. Repair or Replace – If the defect can’t be fixed after two attempts, we will replace the affected component or the entire piece, at Roco’s discretion.

Turnaround targets: 5 – 7 business days in Multan & Lahore, 7 – 10 days elsewhere. We keep most common parts—hinges, recliner cables, drawer slides—in stock to avoid delays.

4. Caring for Your Furniture (Keep Your Warranty Valid)

  • Keep indoor humidity between 40 – 60 %. Use a dehumidifier or silica‑gel sachets during monsoon.
  • Shield leather and fabric from direct sunlight; draw curtains during peak hours.
  • Clean spills within 30 minutes using a barely damp microfiber cloth—no harsh chemicals.
  • Tighten screws once a year; contact Roco for free replacement screws if any go missing.
